Anirban Basu Founder and CEO

Anirban spent more than 35 years in Nestlé, in various roles ranging from hardcore sales, first and second line manager in fragmented and modern trade, building distribution infrastructure, category management to coaching and leading sales force, managing sales efficiency KPIs, conducting functional and behavioural learning and training and crafting competency frameworks. As a part of one of world's foremost FMCG companies, he has worked with culturally diverse teams in multiple continents namely - South Asia, South East Asia and Africa. After his stint with Nestlé, he started his journey towards following his passion of teaching and mentoring. He is a guest faculty at various well-known institutions of India like Management Development Institute (MDI) - Gurgaon, Institute of Management Technology (IMT) - Ghaziabad, and BML Munjal University - Haryana. While moulding young minds for their careers is one thing on his plate, he then ideated his business consultancy, "Boiling Point 212," in a bid to service and help corporate organisations find solutions to various process, performance and people related roadblocks. Anirban is a passionate problem solver, something he is looking to effectively do for his clients with his consultancy. He is someone who believes in working with honesty, absolute transparent communication and efficient execution.

Nikhilesh Das Consultant

Nikhilesh is a FMCG industry veteran with 35+ years of experience with Nestle, the world's number one food company. He has dawned many hats in the organisation starting from Nestle Nutrition to Front Line Sales for General Trade business to being the National Training Manager for Modern Trade and finally as Senior Sales Capability Manager for Nestle India East branch. He specialises in numerous areas like Field Sales and Distributor Management, Omni Channel and Route-to-Market planning, TNA and Competency Framework based training customisation, Merchandising & Visibility execution training.

Ayushman Basu Consultant

Ayushman is a communication specialist who in his nearly 10 years of experience has worked in various roles ranging from a journalist, offline and online marketing content creator to a corporate communications and public relations professional. He is enthusiastic about understanding, building and sustaining human connections, something which he fuels by delving into various forms of communication mediums. Apart from his professional exploits, he is a podcaster, musician and author, which has enhanced his understanding of building relations, conversations, and negotiations not only in personal but more importantly, professional spaces. He specialises in workplace, corporate, interpersonal communication, public relations and offline and social media communication.
